  2. Hold this position between chest level (Anahata Chakra) and stomach level (Manipuraga Chakra). A pulse sensation typically appears at contact points within 3 minutes, though it may be immediate if your mind is calm.

Aalingana Mudra - Best Practices for Optimal Results


  • For optimal results, practice Aalingana Mudra for about 30 minutes daily over a course of at least 21 consecutive days.

  • Choose a quiet and comfortable space for your practice. Establish a routine by practicing at regular times.

  • Avoid applying excessive pressure and be mindful of the pressure points to ensure proper technique. Remember to maintain proper posture throughout the practice.

  • Concentrate on the intention of addressing reproductive health concerns and hormonal imbalances while practicing the mudra.

  • Avoid practicing Mudras while walking, standing and immediately after eating. Do not sit on a bare floor while practicing.



Important Precautions


Remember that this mudra is suitable only for individuals aged 20 and above.

For Male Practitioners If erection occurs during practice, discontinue the mudra and resume the following day.

For Female Practitioners If nasal itching develops, stop the practice and continue the next day.
