AADHARA MUDRA- BOOST IMMUNITY

What is Aadhara Mudra

Aadhara Mudra is considered one of the most fundamental and crucial hand gestures in mudra therapy. Aadhara Mudra combines elements of Prithvi Mudra with additional finger positions to create a powerful healing gesture.

  • Supports diabetes management.

  • Complementary therapy: Provides Foundational support for other mudras.

  • Enhances overall wellness and supports preventative health measures.

How to Perform Aadhara Mudra

  1. Initial Position: Begin by sitting in a comfortable position with a straight spine.

  2. Ring Finger and Thumb: Touch the tips of your ring finger and thumb together (this forms the base of Prithvi Mudra).

  3. Index Finger: Place your index finger at the base of your thumbnail.

  4. Other Fingers: Extend your middle and little fingers naturally.

  5. Both Hands: Perform this mudra with both hands simultaneously.

  6. Duration: Hold the mudra for a minimum of 20 minutes and a maximum of 30 minutes, 2-3 times daily.
