  3. Hand Connection: Bring your hands together, touching the tips of your extended ring and little fingers. Simultaneously, bring the knuckles of your other folded fingers together.

  4. Chest Placement: Hold your hands near your chest, maintaining a comfortable and relaxed posture.

  5. Duration: Practice Gopura Mudra for 20-40 minutes, up to four times a day.

  • For optimal results, practice Gopura Mudra for about 30 minutes daily over a course of at least 21 consecutive days.
