How to Perform Kachai Mudra


For Women:

  1. Left Hand (Maha Sirasu Mudra): On your left hand, curl your ring finger inwards towards your palm. Touch the tips of your index finger, middle finger, and thumb together. Keep your little finger extended.

  2. Right Hand Placement: Wrap your right thumb around the base of your left ring finger, gently pressing it. Place your other right fingers behind your left palm.

For Men:

  1. Right Hand (Maha Sirasu Mudra): On your right hand, curl your ring finger inwards towards your palm. Touch the tips of your index finger, middle finger, and thumb together. Keep your little finger extended.

  2. Left Hand Placement: Wrap your left thumb around the base of your right ring finger, gently pressing it. Place your other left fingers behind your right palm.

General Placement:

Rest your hands comfortably on your lap or in any position that feels comfortable.
