What is Kailash Mudra

Kailash Mudra, named after the sacred Mount Kailash, is a hand position that combines elements of Thanduvata Mudra with a specific hand placement. It stimulates energy flow, supports detoxification processes, and enhances overall well-being.

  3. Hand Placement: Place the base of your right hand (where the thumb and index finger meet) on the center of your left palm.

  4. Grip: Hold the mudra firmly, feeling a gentle pressure at the point of contact between your hands.
