Using the opposite hand, gently grasp the little finger of the starting hand at its base.
Pull the finger gently outwards, applying slight pressure along its length, and ending with a gentle press at the tip.
Repeat this process for each finger on the starting hand, moving from the little finger to the thumb.
After completing all fingers on the starting hand, switch to the other hand and repeat the process.
Completing both hands constitutes one cycle of Karavai Mudra.
